These two videos add more information regarding torture. I would agree that the lawyers that drafted the torture memos, but I feel that the likelihood of this happening is unrealistic. I would also like to point out Sen Kennedy's remarks at the end of the video. He states, "America did not set aside its values or the constitution after those vicious attacks". Apparently, he forgot about the passing of AUMF, which allowed the president/US military to use what ever force necessary/proper. I firmly believe that the torture that took place was illegal, and those responsible for the implementation should be held accountable.
